Vegan/Vegetarian Wrap

A) Food you will need:

•spinach (1cup) per serving

•onions (1/4 cup) pets serving

•bell peppers (1/4 cup) per serving

•tortillas (Small wraps; 2 wraps per serving medium wraps 1 wrap per serving)

•banana pepper (1 table spoon)

•tomatoes *optional (1/4 cup)

•avocado *optional (1/3 cup)

•salt (pinch)

•pepper (pinch)

•oil (1 teaspoon)

•vinegar *optional (1 teaspoon

•sub sauce *optional; preferably ,Boars Head, (1 teaspoon)

B) Items needed:

•chopping board

•knife

•serving spoon

C) Cooking process:

Step 1

•Take each vegetable and center it onto the chopping board

Step 2

•Add seasoning, vinegar *optional, and oil

Step 3

•Chop all items in desired eating size

Step 4

•Place it in wrap

Step 5

•wrap all vegetables; folding it into the wrap

Step 6

•Enjoy!
